Celebrating Earth Day 2022

April 22, 2022 Earth Science, Education and Outreach, SSAI in the News

With decades of cumulative experience in education and outreach, it's no wonder our staff are kept busy this time of year ensuring that our customers' Earth Day events go off without a hitch. Earth Day is a great opportunity to share with the public all the important research being done throughout the year to better understand our home planet. Through understanding, we can help to protect the Earth for generations to come.

Here's a sampling of the work being done by SSAI staff to celebrate Earth Day 2022!

This Earth Day marks the NASA GLOBE Program’s 27th anniversary. SSAI Staff helped plan and implement a variety of events including a special video presentation for the GLOBE community and results from the AT Data Challenge.  Learn more here: https://www.globe.gov/news-events/globe-events/earth-day/earth-day-2022
