Congratulations to the SSAI Leadership Forum class of 2022!

This amazing group of leaders from across the company recently completed an intensive, 7-month leadership development journey. The group of 10 participants, led by facilitator Angel Nix of The National Institute of Leadership & Organizational Development, were part of the inaugural class, learning alongside one another and working together to complete capstone projects that will become programs that are implemented at the company.

We’re eager to witness the many great things the program’s newest alumni will accomplish, and look forward to sending the next cohort of leaders through the program next year!
