SSAI In The News

SSAI has consistently been awarded one of the Washington Posts’ Top Workplaces in the DC area and 2022 is no different! We are proud to have won 16th place in the Large Company division this year. Top Workplaces are determined entirely by employee feedback. This year there were over 7,000 companies who were invited to participate and only 200 winners. Companies must exceed benchmark scores to make the winners list and are ranked using an aggregate score based on positive employee feedback. Survey questions cover topics such as how happy employees are with pay, work/life balance, how appreciated they feel, and how much managers encourage employee development. We are so proud to have once again made the list and use this opportunity to renew our commitment to our people!
