SSAI is Honored as a 2023 Best Places to Work in Virginia by Business Magazine
SSAI has once again been honored by Virginia Business magazine as a winner of the Virginia Business: 2023 Best Places to Work in Virginia award. SSAI ranked number 22 in the large business category for the entire state of Virginia!
SSAI President Praveen Bahethi, his wife Shilpa, Vice President of HR Dee Jones, and HR staff members Maylene Trimble and Caitlyn Dreux attended the reception in Charlottesville, VA on February 3 where our ranking was announced. The list of 2023 Best Places to Work winners is based solely on employee feedback and honors companies in Virginia that go above and beyond to create a positive working environment for their employees. The anonymous surveys benchmark companies on a list of core values: leadership and planning; corporate culture and communication; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training and benefits; pay; and overall engagement.
