We are excited to announce that SSAI was named #1 in Hampton Roads in the mid-size business category for the Inside Business 2021 Top Workplaces in Hampton Roads award!

The winners were announced on August 12, 2021 in a virtual ceremony hosted by Inside Business. As in past years, the list of winners is based solely on employee feedback and honors companies in the community that go above and beyond to create a positive working environment for their employees. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including employee satisfaction, benefits, community involvement, and employee development.  

This year, SSAI also won a “Superlative Award” for “Meaningfulness,” based on the large number of SSAI employees who reported they found a high level of meaning in their work.
