SSAI is proud to have placed on the winners list for the national 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award!

More than 10,000 companies across the country were invited to participate in the national Top Workplaces program, and employees at more than 1,100 companies were surveyed by employee engagement technology firm Energage, LLC. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. This is the inaugural year for Top Workplaces USA, built on the program’s 14-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees across 54 markets for the regional Top Workplaces awards.

For the national program, employers were categorized in four size groups: 2,500+ employees; 1,000-2,499 employees; 500-999 employees; and 150-499 employees. The five organizations with top scores in each category were ranked; the other winners were listed alphabetically within that size group.
