SSAI is proud to have placed on the winner's list for the national 2021 Top Workplaces USA Award! 

More than 10,000 companies across the country were invited to participate in the national Top Workplaces program, and employees at more than 1,100 companies were surveyed by employee engagement technology firm Energage, LLC. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage. For the national program, employers were categorized in four size groups: 2,500+ employees; 1,000-2,499 employees; 500-999 employees; and 150-499 employees. The top 50 organizations in each category were ranked, with the other winners listed alphabetically within that size group.
