SSAI was honored by being named one of 2021’s “Best Places to Work” in the DC Metro Area, ranking 4th in the region among extra-large employers (250+ employees).

The Best Places to Work initiative is sponsored by The Washington Business Journal annually and recognizes the region’s best employers. Selection for the award is based on employee survey responses reflecting areas including leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training, development and resources, pay and benefits and overall engagement.
