SSAI was named #9 in Hampton Roads for the mid-size business category of Inside Business's 2022 Top Workplaces in Southeastern Coastal Virginia!

The winners were announced Thursday, August 11, 2022, in a ceremony hosted by Inside Business. As in past years, the list of winners is based solely on employee feedback and honors companies in the community that go above and beyond to create a positive working environment for their employees. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including employee satisfaction, benefits, community involvement, and employee development.  

This year, SSAI also won “Culture Excellence” awards for Purpose & Values, Work-Life Flexibility, Innovation, and Compensation & Benefits.
