Today, Science Systems and Applications, Inc (SSAI) founders, Om Bahethi and Sara Bahethi, announced the appointment of Dr. Shilpa Bahethi as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SSAI. Shilpa, a distinguished member of the SSAI family and previously the Corporate Treasurer, is renowned for her exemplary leadership skills and unwavering commitment to the company's success. Her profound understanding of SSAI core values and culture, coupled with her outstanding financial expertise, uniquely qualifies her to guide SSAI towards further growth and prosperity. As a woman and minority-owned small business, SSAI will expand and grow while maintaining the legacy built over the last 47 years.

Shilpa is a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist and enhances SSAI’s value proposition greatly, particularly in fields where science, engineering, and health intersect. This expertise is vital in addressing complex challenges such as climate change, which not only involve scientific and engineering aspects but also have significant health implications. Her dedication to creating a positive and innovative work environment has been a cornerstone of SSAI's achievements and makes her transition to CEO a natural and exciting progression for our organization.
