SSAI named 9th in the Washington Post Top Workplaces
The Washington Post named SSAI #9 in the 2023 Large Company Category on their list of Top Workplaces in DC! 541 companies in the area were surveyed, which was a record high for the ten years of this award. SSAI is proud to be a consistent winner of Top Workplaces; especially because winners are based solely on feedback from employees.
Employees use anonymous surveys to rate their companies on 24 statements ranging from how well their managers help them learn and grow to how genuinely appreciated they feel. SSAI strives to maintain our record of creating a positive working environment for our employees and we could not be more pleased to be able to thank our staff once again for their ongoing dedication that helps us maintain our Top Workplaces ranking!
